1. Accepting these terms

By accessing JobMirror Resume, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. For questions about this service, contact xtallgriff@gmail.com.

2. What JobMirror Resume provides

JobMirror Resume is a resume search, comparison, and tailoring tool. It can find public job postings, compare a selected posting with a resume, provide a match estimate, and create a separate tailored draft. It does not change the uploaded file. JobMirror Resume does not require an account. Its optional one-time review packs are processed through Stripe.

3. No employment or ATS guarantee

Match estimates are editorial estimates, not official applicant-tracking-system scores. JobMirror Resume does not guarantee that a resume will pass an ATS, be seen by an employer, produce an interview, or lead to employment. Employers and software systems use different and changing criteria.

4. Your responsibility for accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing every result and ensuring your resume is truthful, accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the application. Do not add a skill, achievement, credential, date, employer, responsibility, or number that you cannot honestly support. JobMirror Resume's fair-scan check reduces risk but does not replace your review.

5. Acceptable use

You may use JobMirror Resume for personal, lawful job-search purposes. You may not:

• submit information you do not have the right to use;
• misrepresent qualifications or create fraudulent application materials;
• upload malware or attempt to bypass security or usage limits;
• scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service;
• use the service to make automated employment decisions about another person; or
• use outputs in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

6. Your materials

You retain ownership of resumes and other materials you provide. You grant JobMirror Resume and its service providers only the limited permission needed to process your materials and the selected public job details to provide the requested feature. JobMirror Resume does not currently save original file contents to its own database. Processing and retention details are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. JobMirror Resume content and license

The site design, software, brand, and original content belong to JobMirror Resume or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You may use the scan report and suggestions for your own resume.

8. Free use, scan packs, and limits

Visitors may receive one introductory resume review without signing in. This browser allowance does not reset daily and is enforced using a first-party cookie and pseudonymous usage count. Owner test mode has a separate daily allowance. Attempts to bypass the limit may be blocked.

JobMirror Resume offers 3 additional reviews for a one-time $5.99 charge. This is not a subscription. The exact price, quantity, and currency shown at checkout control the purchase. No account or sign-in is required. Paid reviews are associated with a secure cookie in the purchasing browser and remain until used while the service remains available. Use the same browser for checkout and reviews. Clearing cookies or switching devices may make unused credits inaccessible. Existing account-linked balances remain associated with their original account.

Stripe processes payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. JobMirror Resume does not receive or store full card numbers. Contact xtallgriff@gmail.com for missing reviews or refund requests, using the receipt or checkout reference. Any rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable cancellation or refund rights, remain unaffected.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” JobMirror Resume disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JobMirror Resume will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost income, or employment decisions arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or end the service and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

12. Disputes and governing law

For a service or purchase dispute, contact xtallgriff@gmail.com. These terms do not impose an arbitration requirement or class-action waiver. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
